YAAY!!!

Well Christmas was AWESOME. I got everything I wanted and a TON of clothes...and 65 dollars. I spent 6 dollars yesterday on a case for my iPod, which is PURPLE w00t.

Hm...what else? I went to go have dinner with my grandma and aunt yesterday, and we went to Starbucks and I had a pumpkin spice latte which was yum!

Oooh I'm IMing my boyfriend, hes somewhere in England right now. I'm stuck here in Texas....

Wallah. 1,588,200 seconds left till Christmas. I'm soooo excited. SO. EXCITED. My mom is going Christmas shopping for me today, and then I think we're gonna put up decorations. End of term comes in...1,156,111 seconds. Which is including today and tomorrow, so prolly less than that.

But the bad thing. I have to take tutoring in Math. Because apparently I failed my last quiz....And, also, I'm falling behind in my classes. Funnnn....I hate school. I hate Math. :[

Thanksgiving

HEYY!! Thanksgiving is tomorrow. I don't know about you, but I'm pretty EXCITED!! More excited about Christmas, though. I love Christmas. Thanksgiving is just a speed bump between HALLOWEEN and CHRISTMAS. Yeah, it is. 

iTunes

ugh. I hate iTunes. It's SO SLOW, and I've had sooo many problems with it. It's terrible, and DRM is obsolete. Seriously, kill DRM already. AmazonMP3 [which i buy from now] has. so...yeah. The only reason I use iTunes is because my new iPod Touch [which im getting for Christmas, i'll post pics] HAS to be synced with iTunes or it won't work.

but I did find out that you can download album art and I dowloaded the art for all of my CDs, which is awesome!!

Sorry It's Been Awhile...

sorry its been so long since ive posted!! school's been crazy and we finally have a week off for Thanksgiving.
so im wearing dark wash jeans, black and silver spiked belt, and a skull hooded top.

i FINALLY fixed iTunes, and im getting an iPod Touch for Christmas im soooo EXCITED!!

ooh and i downloaded this uber-cool alternative to photoshop, called Photofiltre. its amazing :D

In three days we get a week off for Thanksgiving! Yayz!

I dunno why, but recently I've just felt like being alone. Ugh. So out of character. So all I've been doing online is Pandora, CO + K, and this blog. Oh and online shopping for Christmas pressies. POPTARTS FOR ALL!!

Another Posty Post

What I'm Wearing: Dark wash jeans, a spiked belt, grey and black watch, black t-shirt that says "Let it Rock". Yep. Spiked belts in whatever color are always a great accessory!!

SO right now im on Pandora which is completely amazing. The Music Genome Project ROCKS. Yeah. I'm also watching the Cowboys football game (not really, just complaining about how stupid football is) in my living room with my mom and brother. And dog and cat, but they're sleeping :].

Tomorrow is monday. Sigh. I hate mondays. We have spanish on mondays, too. Nothing wrong with learning spanish in fact I wholeheartedly support it, it's just that our teacher sucks. -_-"".

Ok...What I'm wearing, right? Well I'm in my pajamas right now so I'll tell you what I was wearing yesterday. Red and black long skirt with safety pins, and a zip-up shortsleeve hoodie I wore as a shirt. There. Not much I know but I was cleaning ALL DAY. ALL DAY I TELL YOU.

Sorry the whole "fashion thing" is kinda going by the wayside....but....hey? Who cares. :P

Do's and Dont's

Okay, now, Courtney Couture's list of Do's and Don'ts

Don'ts
- Please, please, please do not wear a bra with a backless dress or shirt. Thank you.
- Ugg Boots. There is a reason why 'ugg' is so close to 'ugly' [this is more of a pet peeve than a 'don't' but whatever]
- Miniskirts. Unless it is the only thing clean left in your closet and you're rushing to get to a movie, like I did here, wear thick tights. It's cold outside people don't freeze your ass off.

Do's

- Patterened tights are in!! Houndstooth, checkerboard, striped, whatever. They're great with that classy knee-length black skirt just to spice it up or with some shorts.
- Hoodies. W00t. I love hoodies. Zip-up or pull-over it doesn't matter. Especially in a classic color, like black or grey or purple, grab them on your way out and you're set!
- SAFETY PINS! On anything. They give your clothes that extra sparkle in the sunlight :]. And they're great in case you need to pin something together uber-quick :].

And I'm back!! Okay, so this is a fashion blog, so I guess I should tell you what I'm wearing. A black button up quarter-length sleeve shirt, purple miniskirt, tights with a diamond-y pattern on it (not fishnets), and remodeled Converses with checkerboard laces. Oh and a plain black choker. I would take a pic but I'm wayyyy too tired. :\ sorry. Maybe next time.

*clothes: hey, whatever you want!! As long as it is purple/black/grey. Those are classy colors and they're very slimming :P. And they're cool.

The official first post of Courtney Couture :] yay.

AAAAnyways. I'm Courtney, the reason why I started this blog is because I was getting really fed up with the fashion blogs and magazines that really just told you to wear tight jeans and a Hollister teeshirt. And I think that fashion is a form of self-expression. And tight jeans and a teeshirt everyone has is not self-expression. So this is MY fashion blog.
